A Heart For Revival’s Ministry Update

DOERS OF THE WORD

James 1:22 reminds us to, “…be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.” Let’s be faithful to God’s work and Word. Let’s balance all things well for God’s glory. He is worthy of our lives being yielded to HIM!


We are still rejoicing over the 3 souls saved in our last update (along with many other things), but we encourage you to give God the praise concerning the following rejoice points:

  • Rejoice with us over 8 new ministry events added to our schedule. We did have 2 ministry events canceled in 2024 due to churches struggling with various things. Please pray for these dear churches and for God to help them in time of need.

  • Rejoice with us over Rachel’s opportunity to record her third CD. It should be available in a couple months.

  • Rejoice with us over a two week opportunity to help with projects (pictured) at Camp Joy in Whitewater, WS. I was privileged to work alongside my brother for the duration of this trip. We were blessed to have our families with us. Our ladies also jumped in on a few projects of their own. Opportunities like this don’t come often, and we cherished the time we had together at Camp Joy.

  • Rejoice with us over a nearly full schedule. This doesn’t mean every week is filled with an event, but it does mean that we have been so busy that steps of faith are now taken to make sure our family can rest up from time to time as we labor in the ministry. That said, we still have some availability in 2024 and are looking to fill up 2025. Our revivals and other opportunities have been greatly blessed. and we are praising God for how he is at work and will continue to work.

  • Rejoice with is over monthly support and one time donations. God blessed with one of our monthly supporters increasing their monthly giving. This takes our monthly support to 52% (up from the last newsletter’s 51%). Every one time donation has been extremely helpful to get us through each month. Canceled events, schedule changes and sicknesses can all put a damper on the income, but God is our great Provider. Thank you for you gracious and faithful giving.

  • Rejoice with us over Lydia completing first grade. (pictured) She continues to love learning and grow into a beautiful young lady. Pray for our wisdom is raising her for God’s glory in a darkening world.

7 Things I’m Thankful For This Thanksgiving

  7 Things I’m Thankful For This Thanksgiving Today, we will be stuffed with thanksgiving wishes from every avenue of social media, email, and text. We will hear these wishes on the radio. We will hear them from our friends. Some will get tired of the constant thanksgiving wishes, and others will pipe in on the thanksgiving wishes melody, but what if all the thanksgiving wishes actually motivated us to pause for a moment and simply give thanks today? This would be a life changer, and that is why I am typing this record. As a Child of God, Husband, and Preacher, I would like to take a moment to go on the record and give thanks for 7 things that I never want to take for granted. The seven things I’m Thankful for this Thanksgiving are as follows:  1. December 2019 || Ministry Update

Dear Family and Friends... The Work of our December ministry was exciting and extremely blessed by the Lord!  Our hearts are full, and we are marveling over our Saviour's birth! We are rejoicing over so many things to report...first, thank you for your faithful prayers, love and support. NOTES:  We ARE CURRENTLY in Alaska visiting family and ministering the Word of God through the first week of February. Please take note that any support sent by mail may take a little longer to be deposited. Also, our envelopes need to be reprinted due to an old address on them. If you don’t know it already, please take note of the new address for correspondence on our website. We will attempt to produce an annual “report” newsletter after the first of the year, but this may not be accomplished until we return from Alaska the first part of February. We shall see!
