Back To Church By Being The Church We have the privilege of getting Back to Being the Church for the glory of God! Let me recap a couple messages we recently heard on this most powerful topic. Each of the messages began with a congregational reading from First Peter 4:17-18: "For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?" We brought on the point that if we are "scarcely saved" the "ungodly and the sinner" will appear in hell due to our lack of Gospel Spreading because we are too consumed with others things instead of godly things.
