Bike Rack Blessing!

Image
One of Rachel’s desires has been to travel with our bikes as we take our journeys across the States, and with Christmas money and a ministry gift, we have now been able to purchase this rack that’ll get the job done! This rack should hold up to the long trips and various conditions. It also swings away from our vehicle so we can access the hatch if necessary. Praise the Lord for God allowing us this rack. We anticipate many wonderful family bike rides as we travel across the nation together!

Ministry Report: Support Levels Increased!

Image
We are thrilled to rejoice in the Lord over increased support levels…this is due to a current supporter increasing their monthly giving. We are so thankful! The picture below reveals our current support level percentages and the needs that are met as each giving level increases: Our precious Lord is our Great Provider, and we are simply trusting Him for each need. We are so blessed with people in our lives who are sensitive to give as the Lord leads them to give. Thank you for reading! Justyn Smith —  aheartforrevival.com

REJOICE IN THE LORD WITH US!

Image
REJOICE IN THE LORD WITH US! REJOICE IN THE LORD WITH US! “Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the Lord.” 1 Chronicles 16:10 “Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.” Psalm 33:1 Sometimes rejoicing is lost in the aftermath of revival...not this year! Sometimes, the creepy devil and distracting flesh of man slides on the scene and distracts people from all the Lord did during the meeting and all the Lord wants carried out after the meeting. Sometimes, the Sunday after revival can be discouraging...but not this year...Rejoice: —> Revival was well attended and very helpful! —> Our ladies were greatly helped during this year’s Woman Of Purpose event! (Next day after revival.) —> Sunday’s attendance was strong again this week! —> A lady trusted Christ Sunday Morning! —> A sweet spirit in the church! —> Great Bus Kid’s lunch and afternoon party! —> Many encouraging testimonies of how the Lord worked ...

The Power Of A Blessing!

The Power Of A Blessing! Rachel and I have been blessed beyond measure countless times throughout our years of ministry. Recently, a lot of the blessings we have received have been centered around God's gracious gift of Rachel being with child for the first time. Jesus has a special blessing for those with the mentality, pursuit, and execution of giving, for the Bible says in Acts 20:35, "...It is more blessed to give than to receive." This past week I spent several days at prayer camp in Alabama. On Tuesday, I made it a point to be a blessing to one of our missionary families that lives close to the camp: The Tesseneers to India.  Though I set out to be a blessing to them, I believe they were the greater blessing to me. Our fellowship was sweet, they gave us a gift, and then treated me to lunch. I daresay, even though I set out to be a blessing to them, they'll receive the greater blessing! Praise the Lord for Danny & Denise Tesseneer! First, let me share how t...

Another Prayer Answered!

Another Prayer Answered! Another prayer answered! I know Rachel has prayed for this, and I have been too…praise the Lord! There’s a wonderful story behind the provision of this baby grand, and how God orchestrated all this according to His timing! Until the story is shared, let’s just be reminded that our God is a prayer answering God, in Jesus’ name…Rejoice with us! -Pastor (at Crossroads Baptist Church)
