April 8th, 2024 A Heart For Revival’s Ministry Update This update is sent by email and mail. Current Support Level: 51% (Up from 48% since last update.)

WE ARE PRAISING GOD FOR HIS GOODNESS! Psalm 107:8 “Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men.” This verse calls us to give attention to whether or not we are praising the LORD for his goodness. GOD HAS been so good to us. Let’s be sure to praise Him. He’s absolutely wonderful! Our last update by email was brief, but it mentioned that this update would be packed with good news. Please rejoice with us as we list the following rejoice points: Rejoice with us over 15 new ministry events that have been scheduled. Rejoice with us over 3 new ministry supporters taking our support level to 51%. Rejoice with us over additional money gifts which are over and above monthly support. Every gift has helped our family continue to do what God has led us to accomplish according to His will. All these gifts are so helpful. Consider Easter Sunday. I was ill and could not make the trip to preach. We did not have to worry about where the finances were going to come from because the Lord had already provided through monthly support and one time donations. I would have rather preached and fellowshipped with God’s people, but God allowed my sickness and gave me rest. I praise Him! Rejoice with us over Rachel’s next opportunity to record another CD this April. Rejoice with us over the Lord providing a van for our family. This has allowed more room for all of our gear. It has also given Rachel and Lydia a better homeschooling experience while traveling down the road. Rejoice with us over 3 souls coming to Christ and God’s people being stirred toward revival during our meetings. One of those who trusted Christ did so on a Monday evening of revival in Texas. Let me share one of the texts Rachel received from that pastor’s wife a couple weeks after the meeting in Texas: “I wanted to share with you that a lady who attended two of the revival meetings with her husband got saved! She got saved right after the last revival meeting. Her husband led her to the Lord. She came back tonight and shared this with us. Also, another lady whom I led to Lord back in 2016 has been attending faithfully since they came back to church during revival. I'm extremely excited and I will be starting a new converts ladies class pretty soon! So thanks from the bottom of our hearts once again for your sweet ministry.” This is most certainly a great opportunity to “praise the LORD for his goodness.” It is certainly worth every mile traveled and every bit of energy placed into the work of the ministry. To God be the glory. Great things He hath done! Aside from capturing many wonderful memories with friends, our family and churches over the past couple months, we were blessed to celebrate Lydia’s 7th birthday in February. She chose a beach/island theme. We enjoyed the celebration and are so excited to watch Lydia grow.
