A Heart For Revival’s Ministry Update

OUR SALVATION IS NEARER THAN WHEN WE BELIEVED


This July through August has been busy but blessed by the Lord in the work of the ministry. Romans 13:11, “And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed” moves through my mind often as opportunities abound. Christ is coming soon—let’s prepare to meet Him. Accordingly, we would greatly appreciate any prayers for busyness, fervor and profitable service as we live for Him. All glory to God!


HERE ARE A FEW WAYS GOD HAS BEEN GOOD SINCE OUR LAST NEWSLETTER ON JULY 7TH:

  • God’s been good to give us wonderful ministry opportunities: We were blessed to fill many pulpits of churches (those with and without pastors) in Lodi, WI; Harmony Grove, WI; Princeton, IL; Belleville, IL and Freeport, FL. It has been neat to catch up with each of these ministries and see what the Lord has been doing since our last visits. For those without a pastor, please know you continue to have our love and prayers for God’s man to be revealed for your church soon! We were also blessed to hold two revival meetings. The first meeting was in West Allis, WI where we were blessed with God’s clear guidance for each timely message, and the second meeting was in the Vancouver area of British Columbia with a church with whom we’ve had Zoom meetings many times. It was neat to finally meet everyone in person. Both of these churches have already rescheduled us for next year. To God be all the glory. We also had the wonderful privilege of holding our third VBS with our friends in Lodi, WI. It was a blessed week, and we are excited for the great things God is doing.

  • God’s been good to add 7 new events to the calendar. 

  • God’s been good to provide extra side jobs to help meet the financial needs. Rachel has been assisting me with some flooring jobs lately and it’s been fun to work side by side.

  • God’s been good to give us many Gospel opportunities. We have many different avenues of sharing the Gospel. Gospel tracts. Gospel Golf Balls. Word of mouth. Online. In-person meetings, etc. Please pray that the seeds planted will bring forth fruit for the glory of God.

A message from Rachel: Pray for me as I homeschool Lydia and prepare to record my second CD at Faith Music Missions in Evansville, IN.


A message from Lydia: Pray for me as I do first grade, and travel with Mommy and Daddy.

Please continue to pray for God’s power, provisions, health and safety as we travel. Pray for God’s good hand to be on us.

Dear Family and Friends... The Work of our December ministry was exciting and extremely blessed by the Lord!  Our hearts are full, and we are marveling over our Saviour's birth! We are rejoicing over so many things to report...first, thank you for your faithful prayers, love and support. NOTES:  We ARE CURRENTLY in Alaska visiting family and ministering the Word of God through the first week of February. Ministry Report: Support Levels Increased!

We are thrilled to rejoice in the Lord over increased support levels…this is due to a current supporter increasing their monthly giving. We are so thankful! The picture below reveals our current support level percentages and the needs that are met as each giving level increases: Our precious Lord is our Great Provider, and we are simply trusting Him for each need.
