God Is So Good!
Psalm 31:19 “Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men!”
This newsletter theme has been utilized many times, but the reality of it always brings great joy to our hearts as we rejoice over all that God has accomplished. Remember to praise Him for His abundant goodness in your life!
During our start to 2025, God has been so good to us in the following ways (there is no way we can list every point of God’s goodness, but here are a few highlights):
Day 63 of our remodel (February 14th) was moving day! We praise the Lord for safety, provisions, and for the many hands throughout the remodel that allowed us to complete this big task. God bless you!
Concerning support, we must report of more loss due to those who needed to temporarily postpone giving. Our monthly support level is right around 40%. The Lord’s goodness continues to be revealed in His great ability to provide for us. We are trusting Him for His provisions, and thank all our current supporters for your grace upon us. God bless you!
We’ve only had three events since the kick off of 2025 due to our season of rest planned for January, but God encouraged our hearts greatly with the receptiveness of the hearers during each event. May God continue to give listening ears and responsive actions to the delivery of His Word!
We were blessed to celebrate (though during sickness) Lydia’s 8th birthday. She continues to grow into a beautiful young lady for the Lord. Please continue to pray with us for Lydia’s heart and life to please the Lord in all things. What could God do with a young lady totally surrendered to the will of the LORD?
God has also been good to give health after sicknesses. We had to cancel a meeting and take Rachel to the ER due to intense abdominal pain. We rejoice that currently all things are better, but please pray for Rachel’s complete healing and strength to be regained.
We are rejoicing in God’s goodness over our quickly upcoming travel plans and revival meetings, and they are as follows:
-Eagle Pass, Texas
-Granby, Colorado
-Greenfield, Missouri
-Freeport, Florida
-Goldsborough, North Carolina
All this travel will bring us to home again on April 1st. At that point we will prepare for a wonderful milestone celebration of Rachel’s 40th birthday with a fiesta theme. You are invited and more than welcome to join us. If you would like to attend, please reach out for timing details and to RSVP.
Also, due to our travels, the next newsletter will not get into the mail until early April.
Please pray with us for:
Good health and rest as we travel
A good spring semester
Ministry support level to increase
Souls to be saved and revived according to God’s goodness
As we close this update, please know we are so grateful for your love, support and faithfulness. To God be the glory!
Justyn, Rachel, & Lydia Smith
