Day After Easter • 2016

 

Morning, Preacher! It’s the day after Easter in America, and I simply want to thank you…
I desire to express my sincere gratitude for every pastor, evangelist, preacher and missionary who stood faithfully yesterday and preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ…I give you a BIG - THANK YOU!
I specifically want to thank the Isaiah’s and Jeremiah’s of Easter Sunday 2016. 
To the pastor who did not see a soul saved, who did not have a returning visitor and who stood at the door, greeting folks, awaiting that first time visitor, but did not see them walk through your church’s door…You, Sir, are just as important, just as loved, just as looked up to (in my eyes) as the Pastor who saw souls saved, people baptized, welcomed returning visitors and greeted first time visitors.
Be mindful, if you were faithful to the Lord, you have done everything the Lord has asked you to be and do. Thank you for inviting people. Thank you for studying to preach. Thank you for facing the trials and the valleys of pastoring, again. Thank you for approaching the pulpit with the sincere desire for God to show up and present His truth as never before. Thank you for being there for people who may never be there for you in return. Thank you for not giving up. Thank you for staying the course, keeping the faith and laying up treasures in heaven. Thank you for not backing down, tucking your tail or hiding in a corner. Thank you for being YOU for the glory of God through our Lord Jesus Christ! 
Always remember, You are important in God’s plan, because He called you “by His grace” to fulfill His will. If you ever need fellowship, please call, text or email, and let’s plan to get together and encourage one another in the Word and the good ol’ fashioned fight of faith. We need you! Your people need you. Your family needs you. So stay strong. Take joy. Remain faithful. Rejoice evermore, and give God the glory!

A Surprise Alaska Trip

A somewhat last minute trip to Alaska came up and we jumped on the opportunity. This whole trip was designed to surprise a youth pastor in Fairbanks, Alaska for faithfully serving for 20 years as a youth pastor. My girls couldn’t go due to how fast the trip and turn around times were, but it was a blessing to get to visit Alaska again so soon. We were blessed with 4 “NEW TO US" churches.  This means we had the tremendous blessing of continuing to build relationships by revisiting 30 churches. We want to express our gratitude for each new pastor and each reoccurring pastor that allowed us to visit their churches and minister to their church families. Thank you! An Audio Witness

  An Audio Witness Attention Pastors, Evangelists, and Teachers of the Word! Start being an  audio witness  of what God has engraved within your heart! It's easy, and It doesn't take much time to establish. On average, I typically spend 1/2 an hour a day/6 days a week establishing my daily audio witness called  "The Preacher's Push."  This name was birthed in my mind and heart during evangelism. However, it's influence never came into full swing until this past year. The reason I am posting this blog is to simply show others (who have inquired) how I do what I do that they may establish a similar setup to "exhort one another daily" from the Word of God!
